About the role We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Albania. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity in a hybrid workflow. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our valuable work and contributing to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate a pipeline of clients in Albania and around the world. Identify and engage prospects and retain clients. Demonstrate a driven, go-getter approach with a solutions-oriented mindset to foster new client relations. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination between sales efforts and service delivery. Contribute to business development strategies, offering innovative ideas and solutions for the local market and abroad. Requirements 5-7+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a Service Sales Role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Eager, driven, and highly motivated individual with a sales and business development mindset. Ability to work independently, taking ownership of building and managing a book of business. Excellent communication skills, adept at identifying and articulating client needs. High English proficiency. Strong organizational skills.
