This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn about the end-to-end recruitment process while contributing to our efforts to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition. Your role in BizAway Assist in the recruitment process, including: Posting job openings on various platforms and channels. Screening resumes.. Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates. Keeping the candidates' pileline clean and up-to-date. Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Report to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader Utilize social media and other networking tools to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline. Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities. Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed. Your basic qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in English and Albanian; additional languages are a plus. Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not required.
