Your role in BizAway : Made a reservation for our Client thought the Platform and using our Provider Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail and travel request by our platform Entering customer information in our system to issue reservation or update the booking Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in Platform Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, ecc) Your basic qualifications At least 1 years of previous experience in Travel Industry Basic knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian (B2 and up) Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning) High school diploma or equivalent required.
